Fruit Lassi

A mango lassi has to be one of the most famous things to have come out of Indian cuisine, and they are absolutely one of my favourites! In my recipe, I decided to go with almond milk and greek yogourt. You, of course, don't have to do that, especially if you are not fond of the tang that you get from greek yogourt. It's up to you!


Ingredients:

1 cup - Greek Yogourt (plain yogourt is great too!)

1/2 cup - Almond Milk

1 cup - Mangoes, strawberries, blueberries

1/4 tsp - ground cardamom (in the video, I used nutmeg)

4-5 tsp - Honey (or sugar)

Ice

(approx. 21g Protein / 813 Calories)


Directions:

  1. Pour the yogourt into a blender.

  2. Add in your frozen or fresh fruit.

  3. Add in the cardamon and honey.

  4. As an option, add ice cubes.

  5. Pour in your milk and blend until smooth.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
