I love being able to share new, exciting and interesting ways to create food that not only looks good and taste good, but IS good! And the great thing about making the food yourself, is that you know exactly what's inside. It truly is "edible fitness".
The Active Foodie is my own little passion project, gaining more and more traction each day. It's about getting people to understand that eating healthy doesn't mean you can't ever have cake again or that the only thing you will forever eat are salads and tofu!
