"My favorite fruit is grapes. Because with grapes, you always get another chance. 'Cause, you know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you're stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. But if you have a crappy grape, no problem - just move on to the next. 'Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.'"

This recipe has become my latest obsession!
I think because it fresh, sweet and chewy; it's just a lot of fun to eat!
On top of it being fun to eat, it's fairly simple to put together. Even cooking your own tapioca pearls isn't very difficult; it's simply a little time consuming.
But then you can have boba all week long!
All right, let's get into how to build this beautiful fruit parfait. Happy eating

1 Kiwi (sliced)
